As a Night Support Worker, you'll play a key role in helping adults with enduring mental health needs and/or learning disabilities live with dignity, purpose, and connection. It’s your role to help ensure residents feel safe, supported, and respected – maintaining routines, responding to needs, and preparing for a positive start to the next day. You don’t need formal care experience – we value kindness, reliability, and emotional awareness above all. If you’re someone who brings calm, compassion, and quiet confidence to a team, we’d love to hear from you. We also welcome people with lived experience of mental health or care roles, career changers from education, hospitality, or community work, and experienced support workers looking for a values-aligned team. To apply, just fill in the short form below and upload your CV. Applications are reviewed daily and we aim to get back to you within 48 hours. Got a question? We’re happy to chat.
