I’ve had the privilege of serving in senior management roles within corporate settings for many years, and I’ve been Operations Director here since 2013.  My focus is on shaping and guiding our operational strategy, and I enjoy working closely with our management team to ensure they have the resources and support necessary to deliver exceptional service to our clients.  I’m passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the company.
